Hi Natalie

"We had a fantastic trip – Jean-Michel Cousteau Fiji Islands Resort is a fabulous place for a holiday with young kids. We found the people very welcoming and accommodating and the facilities and food were great also. You’re planning and organisation of our holiday was perfect Natalie, thank you. As you know, we were coordinating lots of bodies in a few different locations and you really made it a lot easier. I would definitely use you and your company again.

We are always up for a holiday, so would be interested in hearing any other suggestions you may have."

Thanks again

Hi Sharen

"I just want to let you know that we had an absolutely great time in Australia. It is such a beautiful country and the Aussies are just great to be with.

Uluru was, looking back, maybe a little bit too touristic on the trips we did. We absolutely loved the trip to Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) - it was just beautiful to walk in that area. The guide was great too. We did have other very nice experiences there as well and maybe Uluru is a place you visit only once in a lifetime, which definitely is worthwhile!

Heron Island was absolutely fantastic. So much animal life to see; we and our kids just loved it. That was where we really got into the holiday feeling . . . which was very nice!

Getting back to Sydney we were a bit worried about our last days with driving down to Paperbark Camp at Jervis Bay. But I must say you were right – it was lovely. The best dinners we had in the three weeks, lots of fun and activity and great showers in our outdoor bathroom! Plenty of kangaroos, parrots, bikes, beach and sun. And the driving was easy as well.

So Sharen, I just wanted to thank you for your work. You did a very good job!! Take care and maybe we’ll be back someday. "

Hi Sean

"Thank you again for all of your help with the travel plans. Both hotels were great for very different reasons. The Hilton at Denaru was friendly, fun and action packed as well as close to everything. We went snorkelling, parasailing, hired a scooter and took a cruise to one of the islands (very glad we didn’t choose to stay on the island, but for 1 day it was paradise).

I couldn’t say enough fantastic things about all of the staff at Hilton. Our room was perfect and with the plunge pool it was just what I had wanted. The Intercontinental was aesthetically quite amazing. Rooms are very special. People say that it is 7 star with a 7 star beach. I definitely think this is true but it has a completely different vibe. I think for couples or people that want to be insular then this is the place. It’s a very 'keep to yourself' arrangement. Whereas at the Hilton you will hear 'Bula' from everyone you pass and just have to walk outside your front door to be offered a lift in the buggies. So they were both special for different reasons and I am so content that you made the suggestion to split the time and do both. I think I will start planning my return now and will find it very difficult to decide where to go next time although maybe the very same arrangement would be perfect.

If I can fill in any surveys for you or make a recommendation to your manager, just let me know. After all the previous trouble I had with the other agent, it was a welcome meeting with you. You were extremely helpful and organised everything perfectly. We didn’t have to worry about anything and the private transport to and from; whilst other guests were queuing for buses etc were a breeze. Plus on the return flight we were upgraded from premium to business so we had a treat on the way home. If you want to pass on an email, I won’t hesitate to let them know how fantastic you were. Even though I put you through hell, unfortunately your service was too good and now you are stuck with me for the next trip."

Thanks, Heather

Hi Sharen

"Just a short note from myself and MD of our company to let you know what an asset you have working there in Mark Allen. I spoke to Mark this morning regarding a trip we are arranging for our holidays. As always it’s extremely refreshing to speak with someone who has such a wonderful depth of travel knowledge. His passion for travel is also infectious and makes you wish you were going on a holiday tomorrow! Mark is definitely a wonderful asset to your business and an absolute pleasure to work with planning our travel (both corporate and business)."
